1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”) and FragmentX Co., Ltd. (“ConnectorX”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the ConnectorX website, dashboard and gateway (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You accept these Terms electronically. Under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, an agreement is not denied legal effect merely because it is made in electronic form.
2. Eligibility & your account
To use the Service you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” includes that organisation.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and any device tokens or sessions you create. Keep your sign-in access, tokens and connected credentials secure, and tell us promptly at support@fragmentx.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. The Service
ConnectorX is a gateway that connects AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients to your third-party accounts and tools. You link the services you want, and the Service exposes them to your agent so it can read information and — where you allow it — take actions on your behalf.
You decide which connectors to link, which tools to expose, and whether each connection may perform write actions. New connections start read-only until you enable their write gate.
4. Connected accounts & your responsibilities
When you connect a third-party service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are authorised to connect that account and to grant ConnectorX the access needed to operate it;
- you will comply with the terms, policies and usage limits of each connected service;
- you are responsible for the actions your agents take through the Service — including messages sent, records created or changed, and any resulting effects.
ConnectorX carries out instructions on the connections you have enabled; you remain responsible for what those instructions do. We are not a party to your relationship with any connected service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law, including the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (as amended) — for example, accessing a computer system or data without authorisation;
- access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise abuse a connected service;
- upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content or code;
- probe, scan, overload or circumvent the security, rate limits or metering of the Service;
- reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service except as expressly permitted;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.
6. Plans, credits & billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Key points, consistent with our pricing page:
- Every plan includes 1,000 free tool calls per calendar month. Beyond that, calls draw from prepaid credits.
- A tool call is one successful connector execution. Failed calls are free — reserved usage is refunded automatically. ConnectorX’s own orchestration does not count against usage.
- Credits are prepaid, do not expire, and there is no automatic metered overage — when free calls and credits run out, calls pause with a clear message until you top up or upgrade.
- Billing is in Thai baht through our payment provider, Beam. Prices are shown on the pricing page; yearly billing is offered at a discount. Applicable taxes may be added.
7. Refunds
Because failed calls are free and credits are prepaid and used only as you consume them, purchases and credit balances are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@fragmentx.ai and we will review it in good faith.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by ConnectorX and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Your data stays yours. You retain all rights to the data and content you connect or process through the Service. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you — for example, to store your encrypted credentials and route your tool calls.
9. Third-party services
The Service lets you connect independent third-party services. Those services are operated by others, are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and may change, limit or discontinue their APIs at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of any connected service, and your use of them is at your own risk.
10. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that actions taken by your agents through connected services will achieve any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConnectorX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or THB 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ConnectorX harmless from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your connected accounts, or your violation of any law or of a third party’s rights.
14. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or create risk or harm for the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your connections and credentials are deleted, subject to any retention required by law. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under Thai law. We encourage you to contact us first at support@fragmentx.ai so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
